3,000 micrograms per liter = 3 milligrams per liter, which is about half a drop of Lugol's solution per liter. That's not much at all.

It seems unlikely that the body is set up for large amounts of anything for extended periods, especially those things it is capable of storing and concentrating

All I can conclude is that there are factions in the medical industry that don't agree with one another.
