Hello Everyone,
Well, this one was not a fruitful 2nd flush, at all :(
I took the Epsom Salts and oil/grapefruit drinks all at the specified times...I didn't have any bm at all last night(same reaction during first flush two weeks ago) I added a pinch of emergen-c to the Epson drinks. I used sesame oil this time increased to 3/4 cup oil to 1 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit.
I've had butt pee starting from 8am this morning. I'm pretty bummed. I completed a coffee enema, nothing!! My first flush produced lots of stones...guess Im back to using olive oil...yuck!
Do you think it was the oil?
Do you think I should be having BM starting from the first Epsom Salt drink?
