1) From what I understand colonics and enemas will not remove mucoid plaque. How do I know if this needs to be removed or not? If so, what is the best method?

2) There seems to be disagreement about whether colonics remove the good bacteria or not. Some people recommend probiotics after a colonic. If so, which type?

3) What is the technique for massaging the colon during a colonic?
