The recipie for the Castor Oil Flush is 60ml of Castor Oil (1/4 cup) plus 100ml of orange juice. Shake for 5 minutes and drink. Every 20 minutes drink a cup of warm water till you start moving your bowels.

I did this last fall without drinking the water. I did it on the first day of a liver flush. I drank the castor oil in the morning, then did the epsom salts and oo/gfj that evening. The following morning after having a couple bm's there were hundreds of liver flukes in the pot.
