I've noticed on the days that I deal with die-off that I have trouble connecting with people socially. Usually I don't have any problem talking to people or being friendly, but on days when I'm feeling "off" from the candida I notice that I don't make eye contact as much, and I feel like nothing I say is coming out right. I tend to keep to myself on these days. One good thing is that as I continue on the diet and with the antifungals, the "bad" days aren't as bad as before.

Does anyone else deal with this?
