I've slowly been working my way up to 20 drops. I want to maintain that amount until all my symptoms of heavy metal and halogen toxicity have subsided, then go on a maintenence dose of 2-3 drops per week.

I increase day by day until I get the metallic taste in my mouth and/or the anxiety gets too bad to tolerate, then I lay off it for a few days. Once all the detox symptoms subside, I start taking it again and slowly increase. Each time I've been able to increase to a higher amount.

My goal is to keep at it until all my symptoms subside.
