Fish oil is good because it has DHA which is good for the brain and cardiovascular system. Flax seed has no DHA.

If you take DHA made from fish oil you want to make sure it is made using state of the art molecular distillation. This removes PCB's, dioxins and heavy metals.

I use Kirkland signature Natural Fish Oil which is rated top quality and much less expensive.
