You should not go to mineral springs or use mineral salts in your bath water until you get amalgams out, otherwise you can get sick, usually if gives flu-like symptoms or bad headaches and/or stomach aches.  Hal Huggins told me the best way to chelate mercury is hot baths.  You can do it with amalgams in, I suppose, but until they are out, it won't relieve much, if any, of your mercury symptoms.
