Normaly, your body >should< be able to defend itself from blasto, but if you are already burdened with some other candida as is often the case after Antibiotics , your immune system was weakened and the results are known.

whatever you do, I would recommend you take megadoses of probiotics. I've been taking probiotics for a couple of decades, until I learned recently that what we get from pills is ridiculously low amount, hence there are no results.

Take one of those suped-up formulas like "nature's way" - "Primadophilus optima" and then take maybe three pills two or three times per day. That's what I took for more then a month and everything changed for the better. Much better.

Make sure you eat regularly, lots of salads and some meat, and nothing that supports candida (like bread, pasta, sweets and so on), and always take buttermilk or kefir with those probiotics to support their development in the gut.
