I knew someone who used to suffer from an inguinal hernia and said that after being inactive for a month or so (out of work and no mental stress) without any special kind of regimen or supplements of any kind, they no longer suffered (repaired itself????). I remember reading about "essential oils" (some are rumored possibly to be able to repair tissue). There is a post below about 1 week healing from a German doctor wrapping the area to let the muscle tissue heal (if I understand correctly). Excess weight can also put pressure on the area affected, but also the bulk of solid food can cause unecessary pressure. Heartburn (acid reflux) is that stomach acid is not prevented from entering the esophagus because the esophageal sphincter is weak (stomach acid is very corrosive to the teeth, rinse after throwing up, gargle to clear your throat, it will also inflame the esophagus).

Falcon Blanco suggests EFT and meditation, etc., but the only useful part about these are the relaxation of muscles, nerves, and being calm enough to let the body heal. Of course your doctor wants you to get surgery eventually, the doctor is in no hurry. Hospitals today are dangerous places and often make mistakes performing the wrong surgery (OFTEN, check statistics) and have many DEADLY infections (check the MRSA forum here at Curezone).
