Ears are related to kidneys in TCM.
I have always had a thing with my ears, if they get wet and cold, i get sick.
Have concocted a remedy which consists of carrier oil (almond/jojoba) with few drops of oregano oil and few drops of iodine. If i wash my hair in the morning (dont like to blow dry, ruins hair and not good to have something like that blasting at you every day) i stick a cotton bud in the oil and put it in my ears. They feel fine! Just a wee note for next time ;)

Do you still take iron and what type?
