I have been using it on and off for years, I'm not new to it. But I'm just wondering others experiences. Do you notice that you lose a decent amount like 15'ish pounds or does it just keep you "regular"?


I honestly think it just keeps me regular. I've been wanting to try Colonix even though I don't think psyllium will work on me(prone to constipation) and right now my constipation problem is due to being hypothyroid (meds are off) so I have no choice but to use Oxypowder .
