I was told a few months ago that I had a small fibroid. He said if it's not bothering me I don't have to do anything with it. Okay whatever. My mother had a fibroid, a HUGE one, and she had to have a hysto. I started hitting the weights in the gym heavy and taking a lot of herbs and vitamins and lo and behold I don't have as much spotting as I used to. Not that I bled or anything. Next time I see him, I'm going to demand an ultrasound.
