I used it for a while about 6 months ago but because I was having such fatigue with my health issues I never kept up with anything for long.

But now, that I am betting chelation drips and h202 drips, I will find my vaporizer and start using it again - for about five minutes each time.

I remember how nice it felt and I would sit in my arm chair and breathe it in. I much prefer that to Bill Munro's method - I have spoken with him also - he is darling but honestly I prefer the vaporizer in my mouth - you put in the solution to the line in the container, put the cover on, turn on the machine which is small and which you hold in your hand, and let it spray the "mist" right into your lungs.

I just always felt too lazy to do Bill's method and quite honestly the vaporizer is much more convenient - it goes right into your lungs too......
