I meant to reply to this earlier - I do feel somewhat improved, more energy being the most obvious thing. I had noticed a similar lift when I started taking the Stone Free which is what inspired me to continue looking into liver stuff. I started last week, the day before the flush, taking Silymarin Plus by FutureBiotics - it is primarily milk thistle with the addition of inositol, beet and radish powder, and some other stuff. That also seems to be doing something.

I will try again in a couple of weeks and post my results then.
