It is good to hear that you are determined to keep on flushing. All that poison really needs to get out. I can't go without food for long either. I don't eat on flushing day, I think I have better results without eating, but I take 4 double servings of whey protein powder during the day. I take the last serving one hour before oil, that works well for me.

As long as you have more energy that is an excellent sign. There may be old poisons released by flushing to give you strange symptoms. Keep us posted and good luck, Giz
