when I tell people the short version answer ,they say "oh, yeah,right" and don't read the book and see the evidence.TMJ and most other lingering pain issues are stress disorders.The book is in paperback order it & read it.This has worked for 1000's of people incl. many of my friends.I gave the book to my buddies wife who was spending 1000's on chiropracty a year. The next time I drove down the drivway(long) I didn't make it to the house before she ran out, opened my door, dragged me out and hugged me.She hadn't ran in years.Now she keeps 5 books in her car to give out. Some people don't get it though, but they can be cured w/ 5 element acupuncture, I have seen over & over.
