The cause of my Acne was intolerance to Gluten. I did all of the creams and pills. Nothing worked. Then I developed acid reflux. After 25 years of seeing a doctor, I started reading a home medical book. In it was a discription for the effects caused when someone was intolerant to Gluten. The effects were acne, acid reflux, intestinal problems, and more. Gluten is a protein in wheat, rye, and barley. It is almost imposible to eliminate it from your diet, but you have to as there is no known cure for this intolerance. You have to read the ingredients of ever thing you eat to make sure it does not contain any wheat, rye, or barly products. Pick up a home medical book and look up Gluten. No doctor ever told me my problem could be caused by an allergy or intolerance to a perticular food.
