Watermelon is excellent for dissolving kidney stones.  I try to do a one day watermelon fast a couple of times a month when they are in season.  When I do, I generally drop several pounds too.

Do you have any allergies to plants in the same family as Milk Thistle - such as ragweed, chrysanthemum, marigold, and/or daisy?

Milk Thistle is known for it's lack of side effects, but can occasionally result in a laxative effect, upset stomach, diarrhea, and bloating.

I respect your decision on silver.  I take a superior colloidal silver frequently, and it has a history of thousands of years of use.  Despite mainstream propaganda to the contrary, it is quite safe and a very effective pathogen destroyer.  I agree with you on antibiotics.  It is because silver is such a potent and inexpensive natural anti-biotic that it has been targeted by mainstream medicine - it is a competitor that works without dangerous side effects.

I find it ironic that the FDA is now trying to suppress colloidal silver and misleading stories are being planted in the media, when the FDA at one time approved a much cruder and less safe form of silver in at least 34 different medicines.  Odd timing that approval was withdrawn about the same time as antibiotics began to make a splash and when home methods of making colloidal silver were devised.
