Hi: I bought an inhaler (vaporizer) which you put into your mouth and a mist of the solution is breathed in. Have not used it in quite a while but since I have moved, I will find it and start using it regularly.

This should bring better results than Bill's method which I am aware of - this mist is wonderful and the vaporizer is made specifically for this use.

Has anyone tried the H202 with a vaporizer for inhaling?
