I'm not sure how the humacleanse works, but the point of the colonic is to remove the remaining stones in the gi-tract ASAP; I, personally, prefer enemas. Even a small amount of chaffe, compared to all the stones and gunk that will come out from the morning runs alone (mag. Sulfate), can cause a toxic overload and make you feel ill. I noticed I have chaffe or liver gunk in my gi-tract when I get sudden headaches, churning gut sounds, or Acne begins to form - I get in a very down mood. I have used enemas during one of these episodes and after seeing the chaffe in the toilet, I immediately felt better; my mood improved and my body began to feel at easy again. I have also used colosan, and it worked just fine.. If humacleanse works in an colosan manner, fast and efficient intestinal bath, then I see why not. But if it needs time to absorb and do whatever it does to do its job, then I would not recommend it. If I Liver Flush I make sure my enema is clean and my colosan is at hand. It is my law.
