I see your history on curezone only goes back 3 days. I didn't jump in feet first, either. When it comes to the liver flush, the only ickky part is downing the Epsom Salts . I still shudder with that. I switched to Sunflower Oil, because the OO (Olive-Oil) also made be shudder whenever I drank it. The sunflower oil is very tolerable. I think everyone starts with a specific protocol and eventually modifies them to what is best tolerable and works best for them.
