I used to sprain my ankles a lot and during the cleanse I felt some ache around the ankles; I have a feeling there was some healing going on there. Aside from weight loss and increase of energy, my stomach really flattened significantly, and pain I had for over a decade in my gut (if I pressed on my abdomen from the outside) is gone. There absolutely was a healing work done in my intestines during the cleanse. As far as visible stuff that came out - the usual mucous and sludge.
