Congratulations! Not only have you accomplished great things during each cleanse, you also have implemented lifestyle changes along the way! I've done one Master-Cleanse - 21 days - and have enjoyed some of the longer-term benefits, one of them being that my energy level was raised enough for me to start a daily walking routine, which in turn increased my energy level some more. Although I still need to make many changes in eating habits, I feel I'm on the way.
