Did you check the searchbox Inhaling H202? It has come up a few times, the problem I have with Bill Munro is, besides an old story, that he uses store bought.
Usually they suggest the 35% and dilute to 3%.

There is one post about inhaling it with a humidifier I remember. Probably you will find there why people use it.
