I just lost a long post on the points that puzzle me. Probably it was inappropriate for this forum.

But one of the most central, to me, is the small intestine. I don't really understand what is best to do for it.

I don't know anything more about Okra-Pepsin-E3 than what I read here...and nothing much about the small intestine. I would like to know more.

I'm posting this in the wee small hours of the morning. My questioning sometimes prevents me sleeping...but now I am weary.
