Has anyone tried this flush with great results?

Im interested in doing the flush b/c i read that it will give you shiny hair, shiny eyes and a pretty tan skin tone.

My question to you all is isnt eggs bad for you? I keep finding raw eggs in healthy smoothies and drinks. For example, Im told that raw eggs boost energy and immune system. Huh? how?

so before i try this method which eggs are the best? pure, raw ORGANIC eggs? b/c i know the ones from the store are a no-no.
