I noticed that too. I think it has to be taken internally; Iodine is corrosive so putting it on the hair will only burn/ damage it. It must not be taken in high dosages, because high dosages of Iodine will cause hair to fall out. I have been taking a few drops a week so I'll see if it works, and I'll be sure to post my observations.
