We can't really help you with all your fears. It is a matter to
believe average people on the forum who are doing these things.
The doctors will scare you because they are not familiar with
these methods. And their only cure is surgery.
The people on these forums are between 16 and 75 years old.
And we get questions for parents who are in their eighties.

Sorry we can't give you a guarantee, so far noone has had major problems.
