Ibuprofen does not reduce cancer in humans but aspirin does. Acetominophen does not reduce cancer either.

Both ibuprofen and acetominophen can cause organ failure. Aspirin can cause some stomach bleeding if not taken properly but has been shown clinically to reduce some cancers and also reduces the liklihood of getting cancer.
