why dont you do a juice fast ??? with small syringe enema's, although you dont like them...followed with psyllium the next couple of days...

i did it 5 days, couldnt do more but when i did the psyllium i had some strange things coming out...

i'm to thin to do more then 5 days, i felt like killing myself... when i started stop smoking the last day of the diet, i went totally crazy and had to take in some food...never over do i learnt here :-) lol

i want to do it again in the future but i'm focussing now on humaworm, after that i'm going 3 months into detox i think (disodium edta, cilantro, chlorella, spirulina, vit. d, vit.c, selenium, sodium bicarbonate, l-carnosine) maybe possible liver flushes too followed 3 months later with another round of humaworm...

i dont know exactly where my problem is, i'm not autistic and depressed and totally fatigued but have many items of it, the same for my sisters and parents...so i do rounds of cleaning, detox and parasite cleaning together with skin brush and have to do more sports too...

diets are very difficult for me, 3 years ago i was on scdiet, low carbs, but it didnt work out, years i thought i had to battle parasites first, and i only started now... did once a hulda clarck years ago but didnt do anything..
