Its interesting you say that, I think with the cleanses Ive done coupled with supplementation with chromium, my hypoglycemia is getting better slowly. 6 months ago I would literally have died from eating only three apples all day. Ive had blood Sugar crashes where everything would go black and I wouldnt be able to walk, etc. So it IS getting better slowly. Ill probably keep the apples and apple juice only routine next time, except I think Im going to keep drinking apple juice in small amounts all evening instead of doing the no eating or drinking routine after 2pm thing.
