Emotions are forms of energy.

I do not agree with this statement for the following reasons:

Emotions are mostly a state of mind: and I believe are a drain on the body and are extremely enervating to it, which in turn produces disease from metabolic toxemia.
So goes the belief and theory of Natural Hygiene and which I also believe to be correct as well.
Not sure how anyone could think otherwise!!
Hmmmmmmm !!
