What putrid, worthless, amoral excuse for a human being revels in the suffering of children just so he can have the satisfaction of of writing "I told you so"

This has nothing to do with homosexuals and more with the attitude of government workers.  Statistically, hetero males are far more likely to sexually abuse children than gay males.
