Hi Somer,

I agree 100% with all your comments. You hit on one of my fears right on the head, which is that the doc I'm gonna go to won't have a clue how to handle fasting, natural liver flushes, etc. I did ask her office staff on the phone and was told that she does do detoxing, fasting, liver flushes, and chelation therapy. She sounds promising, but one never knows.

I read one of your prior posts to someone who had leg cramps and you suggested blackstrap molasses. I put a tablespoon in water last night and earlier today...poof...no more leg cramps. I still have pain and I discovered that it is definitely my kidneys because when I had a massage today the kidney area in the back was very tender to the point I jumped when she worked that area. Lunari on the Liver Flush site suggested that I use castor oil packs so I went and got some and plan to do it later tonight. I read lots of good things about castor oil, but I've never tried it. I really feel much better today (thanks to you and Lunari) and I think the overall healing crisis as well as electrolyte issue is over and now just some residual kidney issues. If it were not for the kidney thing I think I might be able to move mountains cause I'm feeling so much better than I've felt over the past 5-6 days. YAHOO! Now to address this kidney thing and move on to the next stage.
