This is my first day also, I too have been trying affirmations in different aspects , and that is a great idea to say we aren't hungry, etc. I have only done one glass of lemonade and my throat is still burning from the cayene, I only have a 1/4 teaspoon measuring, and thought I put a small enough amount in.
How are we suppose to measure 1/10 ?
I want to do 10 days min. will just have to see how it goes.
Since we started on the same day, do you want to keep in touch and give each other encouragement?
