It was a good flush... stuff just kept coming out and kept coming out for 1 1/2 days, until the next meal I ate finally pushed everything out. Instead of a dramatic "all at once" thing in a few hours it was more like a slow persistent thing, stuff just kept coming and kept coming out. After 4 Epsom Salts (or however much it was) I just let nature take it's course. Food started sounding better than more ES. :)
