To all this you can do liverflushing, that is the cheapest and best. Your clean liver will better be able to get toxins out. It will make the digestion better and that will help to keep your bowels moving.

Instead of spending money on a colon cleanse, it might be better to use for the right food or a specific supplement that is recommended. The colon you can keep clean by using a pinch of Epsom Salts several times a day, you have to find out the right amount.
You could just put some in your daily water.

Check all forums there are cancer, ozone, iodine, Tony Isaacs etc.
Oh, I almost forgot Ask Dr.Sutter he had liver cancer.
