I tried reading the Iodine forum but it just kept scaring me and setting off anxiety attacks and I'm not proccessing anything I read. Too much info. I rather just read something that states what to take and when/how like the liver flush. I don't have a thyroid so not sure Iodine is going to do much anyway since my body can't convert it..


Coffee? Nah I hate it. But I actually drank 3 for the first time yesterday but I needed it for caffeine/mental reasons. I had a job interview and had to wake up extra early and it makes it easy for me to talk and quick to think of things to say and that was the personality effect I needed. Seriously, if I get a job, I can get more money to better my damn health. Why? Is that why the lump area is numb today? I know it's the most acidic thing to drink besides soda.
