Yea Arnold and all the greats have the specific gentics to allow them to recover and gain results from routines that normal ppl like us would just overtrain on! plus steriods would have helped him alot to recover and gain on such a routine. And although the human race is varied, i.e skin colour, eye colour, heights and builds I beleive the same physiological requirements are needed to stimulate and actualize muscle growth, and they happen to be High Intensity short and infrequent training sessions.

I do beleive that Mentzer,Jones and the other HIT advocates have come the closest to an actual bodybuilding sceince based of fact and logical truths. I think John Little once said about modern bodybuilding " Bodybuilding, as it is presently practiced, is one of the most mindless, least healthy, and unscientific disciplines on the face of the earth".
