It shows we always will need a maintenance dose. The question is how much, to stay ahead of all the toxins.
Since Sept 1 I am doing 2 drops in the morning and sometimes 1-2 drops in the afternoon.

I have to see how it goes, but I might do in the future sometimes a week of 10 drops a day, which is still less than the original 15-20 drops I took before.
