I tried it and it helped for a few days(got out some weird looking stuff)It then got me constipated and sick. So I ended up sending it back. They did refund my money so its a good one to try if you are wanting to see if it works but don't want to be out allot of $ if it doesn't.

I also tried Humaworm and it made me tired but nothing else. It didn't help my problem it made it worse.

So I started reading Barefoots forum and he said allot stuff I agreed with(like changing the diet not just colon cleansing etc) He is a bit radical, I don't agree with all he says but he does make his products himself and is an Herbalist.

I have decided to do an juice fast and use his herbs and hope that along with diet changes it'll end my constipation. Good luck in your search.
