that is the beauty and intricacy of "health"
every breat that is taken, every word that is spoken, every thought that is thought out, every smile, every grudge, every THING actually comprises

HEALTH

its one of the most dynamic challenging breathtaking adventures to embark on

diet , exercise, sunlight... they touch the tip of the iceberg but are very important aspects... nonetheless...

that is why i spend as much time cultivating my human relationships ( including that to myself) as I do to the physical aspects of health
