My brief experience with castor oil pack during a very painful flush
with stuck stones tells me that your proposition is very sound.

But I never considered it over an extended period of time. Perhaps, now is the time to start, because sluggishness is a feature of my GB too. It does not get distended after 14 hours of fasting!
