hehe.. It doesn't matter whether the feedback is male or female.. it is the validation that helps. Both of your feedbacks were saying the same thing which is reassuring.

As for the 'spiritual' or 'awareness' variable.. I think that might be going on, but I am more cognizant of the physical component. I don't know whether it is what is called by psychologist as 'the placebo effect' or my 'wanting to believe', but I am aware (way in the back of my mind) that something is going on that is probably necessary. Again, what is most obvious to me is the physical sensations and waining uncomfortableness.

You know, I've thought to myself: "what am I doing".. with the ozone, forced expulsion of bile, intentionally inducing diarrhea etc. that perhaps, it was the dehydration, irritation of the bowl, and reexposing my body to the toxins was casuing the problems.. Healing response? or saddism.... hehe. We encourage each other here to 'do flushes' and 'reexperience the pain'.. hehe. OH well.. It is hard to 'accept' when you have 'western medical techniques devised to RELIEVE symptoms rather then REEXPOSE YOURSELF in the quize of 'healing. I would like to believe that this is more then A FAD". Yes I know 'these techniques have been around for a long time, and I know there are those that believe in the 'medical/pharmaceutical conspiracy.. I guess it is a matter or what you choose to belief.

Thank you again for the feedback. My intent is to continue doing these for at least another two months and then get some lab work done.. I would think, that there should be a change.
