ok so i did an apple cleanse for 3 days where i only ate apples and had water to drink for three days

it seemed to really help my face that weekend and a few days after but for some reason my chest got extremely worse

well now its been a week after my apple cleanse and my Acne is right back to where it started... all over and painful

please somebody help me before i give up on life
ive had Acne for so long... im in pain everyday...
i just want to have normal skin where i wont have to deal with this pain
