I just finished my first flush and did get a number of 'stones'.. about 150. I still don't know what 'truth is' about it being liver stones or globules of olive oil. I have read the FAQ and still don't understand. My stones, while having the same consistency as discribed elsewhere, did not disolve in Alcohol (I thought I read they would) nor in water.. I know the bile is an emulsifier and causes the oil to break up into smaller droplets for absorption or elimination. Ill just hope mine contains Cholesterol as that is one of my goals.. to lower my lab values.

My question is: "do you ever get used to the so called 'healing crisis'? I am somewhat fatigued and it feels like my body has been through the ringer.. I can't say I FEEL BETTER but I will trust the process. It just SEEMS that I am doing things to my body that is CAUSING sickness, rather then HEALING.. And yes, I have read this is a natural thing.. just its somewhat hard to accept at this point in my journey.

By the way, much to my surprise, when the Epsom Salts are mixed with grapefruit it really doesn't taste bad at all.. Also, even the oil and grapefruit went down pretty easy without any nausea or vomiting.. I was anticipating some problems and am grateful that nothing at all happened discomfort wise...
