Basically I took some remedies to make liever and kidneys fitter and then Chlorella, wild garlic, and after all the Amalgams were removed, cilantro (Klinghardt-protocoll).
And lots of Enema and colonics.
I juiced daily (vegetables), and did moderate sport daily.
And very, very important: I took care, that my body was not to acid. I regularly took minerals, that help the body to be more basic (concerning pH).
