I woke up this morning with this post (V's) on my mind...the NEED for the body to receive different solar color frequencies EVERY DAY...

"Ever think of eating only yellow foods on one day,

and only red foods on another day,

and only green foods on another day,

and only white foods on another day,

etc. ?

purple day would be Iodine and cabbage and beets".

**I had purple foods yesterday, I think I'll have some orange sunlight today :-)
