Hi:

At almost 68 I figured that my liver/gall bladder might be a little sluggish. Well, the way I have been dealing with that is to increase the oo to 12 ounces. It works great for me. I usually get 1/3 to 1 cup of 'stuff' out. :-)

I do alright with that. I don't have a problem getting the oil down. I take 2 Tbsp. of lemon and 3 Tbsp. of oil every 10 or 15 minutes until its gone. I am flushing tonight, looking forward to tomorrow morning, harvest time. :-) Good luck, Giz.
